It’s the soy latte drinking guys who are all into those weird beers.

I’m a manly guy but I like a good shandy on a hot day. I like a coffee stout. A good nutty porter. I’ll drink space dust with orange juice. Purple haze and andygator is a damn good mix.

There’s more to beers than lagers.

Yeah, fruit-flavored beer is stupid and lame. If you can't drink real beer, turn in your man card and go crazy with mai tais and strawberry margaritas and such.

I drank plenty of main stream beer through the ages of 15-30 while chasing the muff around.
Buy something with a little more personality to it & quit drinking what the poors drink. This is the OT remember.
Start looking for OT10 beer, you might just find one IRL.

While it doesn't appear to apply to the article's author, as a craft beer aficionado nothing makes me laugh harder than when a bud light drinker tries to make fun of me or my beer. It really is the smaller things in life, ya know

yeah, it really is. Now if you'd said something like Yuengling, Amstel, Heineken, etc. the you'd have a point.

If I ever taste another IPA in the next fifty years it will be way too soon.

In what world are hard cider and fruit-flavored beer the same thing?

LOL WHat a hilarious thread, grown men arguing about what's real beer and what isn't. Well, presumably grown men.

How about , you drink what you enjoy and let others do the same.....

and EVERYONE knows that the best beer is free beer.

I’m currently enjoying a 10% Triple IPA from Trillium.

But you keep drinking your 4.2% Bud Light that is just a step above sparkling water.

I laughed

The world where they're both fruity drinks, and you are criticizing people who drink fruity drinks. Cider is made from fruit. FYI.

Have to agree with you on this. Very underrated beer and a great every day drinker. Cross between west coast and east coast styles.

Absolutely. And hops were a late addition (intentional beer pun there) as a beer ingredient.

Fruit is also a source of sugars to ferment = higher alcohol content

I'll come back and respond to OP after I've happily crushed a couple Tropicalias this evening.

I like to crush session beers that taste like satsumas that come from a tree that was watered with windex while I make sure my top knot is tight. This is usually after I make sure my retro Devo shirt has just the right amount of wrinkles and tattered edges
