I wasn't ragging on anti-trust laws. They're great when they work. The Cs post that I was quoting had links to stories like this one:

All I'm saying is that I don't think NN is necessary when there is easy entry into a market for alternatives to the likes of ATT. Given that states are actively preventing competition, that's obviously not the case.
