I lived about 3 blocks from Reggie's from 1996-1998 or so. That place has always been pretty wild. Plenty of nights I didn't remember walking home. Not sure that's a very good idea in Tigerland these days though.

There was a small amount of the hood element at that time but it was still probably 80-90% college students. It started getting worse in the late 90s and I moved across the street from El Cid.
