Can't speak for the drilling/production side of things, but working on supply boats is another avenue to take. Like any other thing, you will have to start out at the bottom (OS/AB) and work your way up. The money is generally equivalent to that of the rigs, and you can really work as much as you want.

Man I dont whether to give you props or tell you to quit. Get you arse on 90 and stop at every fricking place there is. Show them your face in person, be respectful and have a firm handshake and someone is bound to take a shot of ya.

Oh and yea, boat companies are the easiest way to make it into the gulf. They pay decent but the schedule usually sucks. And frick bow thrusters.

Hit up the big 4 drillers. They're always hiring roustabouts.

Hit up all the drillers, and worse comes to worse try Spartan drilling. Them frickers are always trying to get a crew together. Be forewarned their shite is junk and nasty as hell but its a start.

Miramar Beach Sandestin, FL. If y'all get off them drilling rigs and start working nukes, maybe y'all can have a little more than a week off

They are the worse but like I said its a start and "safe" is relative when it comes to drilling.

Dont forget Hercules and Rowan as well.

Rowan is tough as shite to get in touch with though.
