This isn't a refusal, but CSB at minimum.

A few years back I was working one on Stanford Avenue in front of the lakes. Truck pulls into the checkpoint and I contacted the driver, who can't stop giggling. After a few seconds, I finally look over at the front seat passenger and the dude's old lady is butt naked trying to cover her up her rack with one hand and her box with the other.

Long story short, driver said he and his 17 year old girlfriend were driving around playing some kind of game that she had to take off items of clothes everytime they passed a car with one headlight.

I am not sure why she did not just put her shite back on when they saw us. I chalked it up to her being just a nervous kid.

This is why I will never fault someone for being proactive and filming cops though. This guy was not a dick by any means

If you can't pass through a checkpoint drunk and talk your way out of it then you're a bad drunk driver/ametuer/African American and deserve to be arrested.

I get that there are bad cops and/or departments out there, but some of the folks who do things like this & take shite to the extreme seem to want the cops to mess with them.

Point is, if I'm not drunk I shouldn't be stopped and questioned.

Oh, God...

We don't have roadblocks here in Texas, but I'd have no issues with them setting them up on weekends in an effort to keep the drunks off the road. If it means that I'm delayed by a couple of minutes getting home, then I'm okay with that.

But, I know, I'm a government heel and I don't care about your rights...

DUI checkpoints are nothing more than a money grab by local governments. If a bill was passed stating all fines from DUI's had to be sent to the state treasury, they would end with the quickness.

So what ab the guy in front of you that is drunk and hits a car head on that kills your best friend/little sister? Is having to stop for 30 seconds to prevent that worth it?

There's no loophole, dummy. You just have to not look/act drunk if you get stopped. As soon as you do, then they have cause...

Why be a dick just to be a dick? Those cops didn't write the law.

I dont care about roadblocks either. I usually have a driver or take a cab. However, I thought this was a creative way to circumvent the system is the reason why I shared it.

It apparently got your attention
