The Bayou’s Version of the Naked Cowboy is Back At It

According to Facebook, the Bayou’s version of the Naked Cowboy was spotted in Sams Club wearing only a cut off T-shirt, a cowboy hat, cowboy boots, and a pair of Spandex drawers.
Other posts suggest that this same guy has been kicked out of several fairs and festivals for his revealing attire.
What say the OT?

He isn't back at it. He wears this everyday. It has been his normal clothes now for a couple years. He lives in the same town as me.
