I'm 6'2 and about 205. I'd like to be about 190-195, that is a good balance of fit but not skinny.

135-140 is my target "happy place" weight though.

I personally like carrying a little extra bulk at 6'2

I don't even remember the last time I was under 200.

Metabolism really takes a nosedive after 35 and it SUCKS.

Agreed. However, I would also like to see the "median" instead of the average. Average will be skewed by the morbidly obese 400 pounders.
