If it's two jokers, you'd have to make the stack to the sun roughly 8.6 million times instead of just 3,000 times.

My mind is wired for deep thought, not snap decisions. Sadly. I am always enthralled by stats, but suck at them. Here is a popular one. It's sort of legendary I don't know if it's true. Two college kids party the night before and miss their exam. they have to come up with an excuse and they both say they had a flat tire on their way home from an event.
The professor separates them and says okay just answer one question which tire?

What are the chances they get it right?

50%

There’s 4 tires and 2 are on the right.

Edited: I think it’s 1/4x1/4

Roughly 6%

The chances they randomly guess the same tire are 25%.

Lives for billions of years, drains the world's oceans.

Can't lift a stack of paper.

The first student picks a tire and there is 100% chance he picks a tire. It is incumbent on the second person to match the tire in which case that is 1 out of 4 so 25% is the answer

I think what I figured out what the probability is of them both picking the same specific tire

So there is a 6% chance of them both picking the front passenger side tire, etc

If you untangled all of the DNA in your body and ordered it in a straight line, it would be long enough to reach the Sun and travel back to Earth 600 times.

Actually you’d be dead if you did that

Every time you shuffle there’s a good chance that it’s the first time in history a deck of cards has ever been ordered in that way.
