This would be a miserable place. So it makes sense people here would love it.

Stop bitching. I’m sure there’s an elevator or a ramp

Is this true if the kitchen is on the second floor?

Would still need a hood above any hot surface/equipment that may produce a flame with stainless steel ceiling panels two feet around the hood before using vinyl faced ceiling tile. You wouldn't need the 1-hour rated ceiling though.

But think of the construction costs. All the additional features that aren't needed with a single story bldg. It would be cost prohibitive.

I think the rendering is pretty nifty, but that's the closest you'll get to ever seeing one of these actually built.

If I was trying to create brand awareness and create a building that encouraged drive through in areas of high crime and mental illness, I’d consider this design. More exposure to paying customers = limited access to non-paying customers

I have never benn to Chick-fil-a until last week and found it overrated. Not bad, but everyone was talking about "wow" and to me it was "umm, it's okay, would eat again, but nothing special".

hear it cost $28.3 M

Still cheaper than McNeese’s new football press box that comes in at a whopping 31 M. All for a team that draws in less people than a Barbe football game.
