I have a friend who is a realtor in BR and she told me that there has actually been somewhat of a return to the city from the suburbs. I don't see how removing a big chunk of BR's tax base by forming a new city will be a good thing. Good for the parish maybe, but not good for Baton Rouge. I understand that north BR is a lost cause, but I don't agree that the city has nothing but dark days ahead. That said, the outcome of the mayor's race will tell a lot about the direction things are headed. If one of the north BR race baiters is elected as mayor, it could get ugly.

I moved but I don't see much hope in the next mayors election for br.

If Gary is confident in what he says is there a way to get him to answer a few questions? How can someone call him out?

Gary doesn't answer shite. I just want to know why he lives in south br instead of north br and why his shirt is never tucked in

I have no idea. I wish I knew.
I would enjoy nothing more to call him out on his race baiting shite stirring ways.

The race-baiters might be defeated this time, maybe. But if nothing drastic changes the course of the parish for the better, what will it be like 4 years from now?

It really is funny how the progression of Jackson is a precursor of Baton Rouge's future.
