The road to serfdom.
Communism is the flipping of society, giving those less capable the keys to the kingdom.
The consequences decades down the road will be catastrophic.

Some of you guys are ridiculous. There are ways to check a doctor's competence (reputation, recommendation, etc.) that having nothing to do with race. I had open heart surgery performed by one of the best surgeons in the city who happens to be black and my current cardiologist is black.

You seem to not understand the point, at all. Of course there are good black doctors.

Welcome to white/jewish progressive patronage. They dont believe you can succeed without their help.

It’s the communist way.

Absolutely true. People think communism is only an economic system, but its really a social system where the meek inherit the earth. Their desire is to flip society where the have nots are in charge. We will all be led by the dumbest among us.
Socialism is their economic system.

Accept the most intelligent people. Plain and simple. They shouldn’t even know the race of the people when accepting them
If they did that then the recruiting brochures wouldn’t be diverse enough for HR’s liking.

Isn’t there a case coming up before the Supreme Court about this stuff?

Doesn't matter the quality of candidates anymore. If you don't have some diversity, recruiting and HR will nix your interview list and cancel your new hire.
Seems like an enterprising minority could pretty much do anything they chose to do in the current day.

Why not just mark black as your race? Even if you look white you can say you are 1/4 black. What are they going to do? Make you prove it?

The affirmative action b.s. is ridiculous but so are those who say they will never see a black doctor because of it.

I’d like to see the graduation rates broken down like this.

The only person who said that in this thread is you. Go find somewhere else to race bait.

That’d be interesting. My belief has always been that if your accepted to med school, you’re going to graduate from med school.

This doesn't apply to doctors but it applies to surgery. I worked for a hospital system in my area and for over a year, we had manger level positions that were never filled. During that year, we interviewed (those who passed the initial screening and another round on the phone) at the table maybe 6 candidates. All were POC or female. Not one white guy. Those jobs featured great pay and benefits relative to their role and responsibilities. None of the candidates that made it to the table were worth a shite. I am certain that there were qualified candidates that were screened out based on certain boxes that were checked on the applications.
I'm sure this happens everywhere.

It is. Hr depts became weaponized and full if ideologues.

What’s stopping you from putting that you are black on your application? Can they legally ask you about your race during the interview process?
