Posting this again. This lady has been studying sperm counts and testosterone for 30 years. 50% decline since 1950

I wouldn't worry about the testosterone levels if your test results come back as normal. Playing with hormone levels will not make you into an 18 year old. It will just make you a moody 36 year old.

38 here: Push-ups every day(takes less than 5 minutes), bench/squat/free weight/etc 3 days a week. Eat plenty of eggs, and take a B-complex with Zinc, and Vitamin D, Vit K complex. Far from a 6-pack abs body lol.

Hairline is unfortunately slowly receding, ah well.

The OP states he is 36 yrs old and in good health and not overweight.

He shouldn't be experiencing stated symptoms. It could be several things.

An inactive lifestyle will cause a lot of issues.

A bad diet can cause issues as well. Sugar and too much salt among other things.

My best OT 'diagnosis' is that there is some sort of vitamin/mineral deficiency.

Go to a good reputable Endocrinologist.

They can detect issues that a GP can't.

OP may want to try fenugreek.

I get it from my local 'health food' store.

Stay away from the on-line crap and the 'big box' stores.
Fenugreek has a maple syrup smell to it. If it doesn't have that smell, its fake and probably has a lot of fillers in it.

It pretty much keeps me going and I feel great.

I wouldn’t do shots.

Start off with a cream and see how you do.

As someone who eats a shite ton fenugreek sprouts, what the hell are you eating that smells like maple syrup Seeds smell like curry. Sprouts taste and smell like bitter arse.

I take fenugreek in the pill form. It works for me, one in the morning and one at lunch.

Never tried FG sprouts or seeds but to each his own.

Yes, FG is used for that purpose.

Do an Internet search on fenugreek and testosterone.

I take fenugreek seed extract in pill form. I go to my local health food store.
I don't trust the crap sold on Amazon or the stuff sold in the mega-big box stores.

I use Bluebonnet Fenugreek.

There are a lot if different PCTs I was just wondering if you take anything when or after you take those boosters you posted pics of earlier in the thread.

I just went back and looked, it is mostly root extracts and boron, have you had any luck with those supplements?

I just spent an hour going through estrogen blockers. Some are crap. Others had things in them that are in my testosterone boosters.

I looked through rankings sites for estrogen blockers and settled on AndroSurge from Jacked Factory. Seemed to be always near the top.

Also ran down a coupon code for 25% to use straight from their site. It’s the cheapest price I could find.

Jacked Factory AndroSurge

I ended up buying 2 because of the discount

Mine was in the 300’s before I embraced resistance training. It made that huge of an impact. And I’m still technically “obese” with some “dad-bod” goin on.

I see OP has back problems, but if it is in anyway possible to perform resistance training, that is what I would begin with.

Well technically you may not need to take an estrogen blocker with those supplements you are taking, I generally don't know. I was hoping you did and could inform me.

If it doesn't attach to your receptors it won't cause you natural test to decline. I wouldn't think those extracts and boron would do that. However I am not sure if the body will naturally produce more estrogen if your body is producing more test.

Before you even get to the supplements, look at your diet. There are some testosterone killers out there, sugar being chief among them. Then find low impact ways to work your largest muscle groups (glutes, quads etc.). Try a leg press machine or high resistance exercise bike and see if your back can handle it.
Cleaning up your diet and getting plenty of good fat will go a long way. I’d only look at exo T as a last resort.

Unless you are running a cycle and your T levels are above like 1500 you don’t need an estrogen blocker.

The OTC crap will raise levels minimally if at all
