So in general the reason why i said you bloodwork is fine cause that is just a snap shot. You need mutiple low test to know what's really going on.

First off if you aren't done having kids, don't do trt. In the long run it's asking for trouble.

Second, you need to get your arse in shape and retest to see if it's more of a diet and exercise issue.

Third you should make this kn the H&F board will you will get real answers instead of the stupid fat fricks of the ot who all claim to be alpha males with their bmi of 33.

As far as what levels of 800 feel like, prolly not much different than you currently. Your one blood test was just a snap shot. Need to see trends.

Dr May

You can also go to different men’s clinics and they will do the same.

After 30, there is a major chance that you will get approved.

When the range is 200-1300 and depending on age, most likely yours will be 200-450.

I've been getting a monthly testosterone shot for ten years now. It has made all the difference in the world. I had similar symptoms like you mentioned, mainly feeling exhausted with a lack of energy, and just a general feeling of ambivalence about life in general. After I started taking the shots, felt normal again.

That's all you need. It should be an annual physical/exam/check up / whatever you call it. They will find anything wrong. It's call preventive medicine. Or just ask for a blood test. It may not be on insurance.

Everyone needs to go to an annual physical. You gotta. Do it. It's free. Odds are you'll have something wrong but it can be fixed.

I went to see a urologist a few years back and my numbers were 270 & 271. My insurance covers 269 and lower. I fought with them for weeks to no prevail. I’m 42 now, probably went when I was 38/39.
I’m thinking of going back and trying again. Would be nice to feel good again.

Anyone have any advice?
