Notice the land owner has an address in Colorado

I bet his hippie son or daughter is the one in charge of this gutter punk camp

I don't think as many gutter punks have family money as you think.

Sure, some do. So do some homeless people. But its definitely a small minority.

ETA:

Or I should say "access" to family money. A lot are drug addicts that have been completely disowned/run-off by family.

Our office is off of Essen and we've had a recent invasion of these fine people, since the weather has gotten cold. They apparently hang out on one of our porches overnight. On said porch we found about 49494343434 cigarette butts, some pennies, and a syringe. All of their shite is/was behind our office, neatly put away in bags and tucked away.

Can't tell if they have been back within the last couple of nights, but it appears that they have not. I need to go see if all of their shite is still behind the building...

I've noticed that the lake becoming the new Earl K Long has added some characters to the area

Anyone pass by there lately. The woods around the tents are littered with trash. I mean, shite is laying everywhere. I wonder how long this is going to be allowed.

Here is a fly-over video of the homeless camp which will give you a birds-eye view of the garbage riddled camp.

It has been called, "The Baton Rouge Hobo Kingdom"

Simple answer. Stop being a fricking bum. Get a fricking job and provide for yourself.

look behind the Shell/Circle K at the intersection of Siegen and Industriplex. Noticed a small encampment there the other day.
