There will literally have a $500k property next door to shotgun houses with junked up yards.

See this in the AP as well, just drive down 42 past 44 or 929, 931, 621. All of those roads have $400k prop next to a methed out trailer as you head east off Airline. I would know, I delivered pizza to them frickers for years.

I wouldn't call it living that's for sure. Wouldn't want to get behind the wheel for 30 min just to see a nice set of chompers on a chick that doesn't have more pit stains than me

You're only 15 minutes from Sammy's and Walk-Ons in Zachary.

This ain't the St Francisville of 20 years ago.

Also worth mentioning, Cafe Phonecia in Zachary is LEGIT if you like Arzi's in BR.

Sonny's Pizza is almost worth living there alone.

When's the last time you had it? It was amazing ~01-05 when I ate there a couple times a month.

But it's not the same since 07 or so.

Their Loaded Chili/Cheese Waffle Fries app was the best value for lunch...FOR TWO.

Lived there for a year. Definitely wasn't for me. Cliquish money crew, limited work force causes business to suffer, whole town shuts down at 9pm. Couldn't wait to move back to BR

Nice assessment. I feel St. francisville could turn into something legitimate, but can't escape the small-town cliquish feeling, and good ole boy politics.
