I went to my dentist and got the Zoom whitening treatment.
Made an incredible difference for me. Can’t recommend it more highly, if it’s a major problem for you.

The crest white strips work awesome for me. Can actually see results after one use. Once I got to the results I wanted, I only use like once a month. Really only took a few weeks of using like 3 times a week to get there. Can’t go too overboard or your teeth will hurt. Also make sure you get the most expensive ones—forgot what they are called but the cheapest ones are poo.

Crest Glamorous mouth wash. Brush teeth normally before bed (with Crest 3D white toothpaste), then swish with the mouth wash, but do not rinse out mouth. My dentist shared this with me and it works great.

Brush and floss teeth regularly. Go to dentist for cleanings every 6 months. Rinse mouth with water after coffee, red wine, or anything else that leaves stain marks.
Voila. No special treatment needed.
