Had a guy in my high school who got caught beating off under the bleachers while watching the girls at cheer practice. He just got alternative school, no charges.

You people have no sympathy for a teen trying to work through some serious emotional turmoil. He was just confused about his gender identity and didn't know which restroom to use. The manipulation the young ladies witnessed was only him shaking his penis after finishing urinating. After careful consideration he has decided his gender identity is female and he will use the girls restroom and locker room for the rest of his time in high school. That should make everyone happy.
ETA: The only reason he asked for a lawyer was to sue the school district for violating his rights under Title IX. Lorreta Lynch announced that the Department of Justice supports his claim.
