Teen arrested for masturbating in front of girls at school

According to the 15-year-old girls, they were walking towards the parking lot when they saw Kieran Dietz "sitting on the ground with his penis in his hand manipulating it". The girls said when they realized what was happening, they looked away and hurried past him.
According to the girls, Dietz called out to them saying, "don't hide your face come here" and "come on ladies I could use some help". When the girls declined, he persisted saying, "come on, you know you want to." The girls reported it to a teacher.
When asked if he wanted to explain what happened, Dietz told police he wanted a lawyer. He was charged with child molestation and public indecency.
Dietz was released on a bond of $55,800.

He may be insane but he's smart enough to request a lawyer.
And why is he being charged with child molestation? Because he touched himself and he's a minor? Is this another one of those bullshite laws like where a kid with a naked picture of themselves on their phone is being charged with possession of child porn?

A 15 year old girl can get an abortion without her parent's permission because it's "her body" but a 15 year old boy can't jerk himself off without being punished by the state. It's fricking bizarro world here in 2016.
