Nope. You don't.

But you didn't have to take the time to express the disdain you did either.

To do one but not the other makes you a cowardly pussy at best.

Come on, if you are going to that vocal about your conclusion, share with the class your half baked, bullshite, semantics based reason why the joke is so far off base.

And don't tell me it's because the outcome wasn't due to an environmental interaction or something stupid like that.

He did not provide a "corrects" explanation. He provided the OT version or Darwinism. "Dude fricked up, now he's dead, can't make babies. Boom. Darwin."

If you mooks think that is what Darwinism is about, maybe you should go back and re-read your "biology" textbooks. Darwin's theory was about proliferation and adaptation of species. Not family blood-lines. Do you think this poor kid in India killing himself has any impact on the proliferation of the species? Or even his blood-line in India? Does it have any effect on the evolution of humans at all?

I did provide a correct explanation of natural selection. You are talking about evolution driven by natural selection over time, which takes millions of years. Obviously one single event does not have a major effect on evolution.

So this one event is not "Darwin. Boom!"

Remember that time all the giraffes's were eating? And the one with the longest neck went down to take a drink and got killed? Darwin right?

That is not a relevant example. At all.

Not a relevant example to some kid making one bad decision? The giraffe made a bad decision. He didn't survey his surroundings and got killed. They both made bad decisions.

All animals must drink to survive. A more appropriate example would be if said giraffe with the long neck walked into the middle of a pride of lions to grab a drink. If all dumb people and animals remove themselves from the gene pool, that would affect their species overall going forward.

He saw the lions and knew the risk.

And sorry. Nobody has made any attempt to show how a teenager in India accidentally killing himself is "Darwin."

Explain. Explain how some kid killing himself in India is an example of "Darwin."

Try to do it without "bad words" or emoticons.

To exclude a single event from a larger event, that is made up of many small events, simply bc it was a small event is hilarious.

Here is an example if that didn't make sense.

1: See this tree here?

2: In the woods?

1: It's a single tree not the woods.

2: But the woods is made up of many "single trees."
