I believe.
That cell phone companies end out updates that damage their customers phones after the two year mark.
That Mcaffe is more intrusive and annoying than the viruses it protects you from.
That companies purposely keep tech lower than it should be so they can roll out new upgrades to grab more users.
That windows updates mess your computer up forcing you to update your OS.

iPhone screens could be made crack/shatter resistant fairly easily but they keep them glass because of repair/breakage costs
