United’s 739’s fit about 180 total seats. Assuming about 100 people on the flight between media, players, and coaches. I would think that players get the middle seat empty. Burrow better be in seat 1A.

Just throwing it out there from experience... All players have to sit in coach. 1A would be first class and probably punishable by a game suspension since it would be an "added benefit".
My wife used to coach D1 and I'd go with her to conference championships. One of the trips ended with a flight postponed by 4 hours while Delta flew in a part from Atlanta. Everyone else on the plane took alternate flights so the delayed flight was a charter flight in all but name. Coaches, staff, and spouses/guests flew in 1st class while the rest of the team was in coach. We got the 1st class treatment and they got a bag of nuts and a beverage.

LSU charters, no class designation on charters, first/business seats are normally coaches/staff/VIPs, etc., maybe a player really banged up, throwing that out there from exxperience
