So what you're saying is, these teachers deserve to have a "safe space" to discuss their jobs and work life and not face any repercussions from what they may or may not say in this "safe space"?

I tell the kids I teach all the time that I can't wait for the day one of them tries to fight me. I refer to it as the best day I'll ever have as a teacher. They laugh and then go right back to doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing

We live in a sad world when a private conversation results in someone being terminated. There is not a poster here who has not said something to someone in private that would be offensive to someone.
