Reminds me of my Spanish teacher from high school. She was from Bogota, and her tops were too low and her dresses were usually way too short. (It was the age of the mini-skirt, and she was 21.)
I think I caught a glimpse of her panties 4 days out of 5. I looked for them 5 days out of 5.
One day, she takes me into the hall and says, "Allyn, you are always looking for my panties." I said, "That reminds me of a joke. A mother tells little Susie that 'the boys just want you to climb the trees so they can see your panties.' Little Susie replies, 'I know, Mom. That's why I took them off.'"
She says, "So, you want me to take off my panties now? You want to sex me? Go to Mr. Daniel and tell him you want to sex me. See what he says. Go! Now!" So I go to Mr Daniel's office and told him that apparently I want to sex Ms Mateus. He says, "Well, the thought has crossed my mind as well. Just take a seat outside until the bell rings and don't do it again."

Defending herself might not be the best way for her to approach this if she wants her job back.
While the pictures do not reveal anything, you can make an argument that they are sexually motivated. If she would just take them down then take the "When I originally posted the pictures, my intent was not motivated by anything other than me just posting selfies, however; after it has been brought to my attention, I understand how my pictures can be perceived in a sexual manner. Again, that was not my intent and I do apologize for making this mistake".
But I have a feeling she knew exactly what she was doing..
