Looking for recommendations on machine washable, wrinkle free dress slacks. Not khakis or chinos, think more wool, suit pant texture. Something that can easily be worn with a sports coat or blazer. TIA

You may have better luck getting serious answers on the Soccer board than here.

Just get some raw denim and don’t wash it.

Bonobos work slacks are cotton so they're technically akin to chinos/khakis but they're cut better than most and come out looking suitable for true business casual (with sport coat, nicer shirt/shoes, etc.).

Doesn't really work like that.

Dress pants typically have a cotton waistband (and a bemberg or rayon or tencel lining) and cotton (or bemberg or rayon or tencel) reacts differently that wool when washed. This is the primary reason why wool slacks cannot be washed.

However, the real answer here is that wool doesn't need to be dry cleaned very frequently and shouldn't wrinkle if you are not a slob. I have pants / suits that are years old and have never been dry cleaned. Spot treat when necessary and brush them off after using.

JC Penny's name brand. Stafford I think. That's all I wore when I worked at the bank.
