Yea I mean I don't listen to Taylor Swift and I don't think she's hot. But I still know for sure she is more talented than Dua Lipa. I don't even think Dua Lipa would say she's more talented that Taylor Swift. You could argue over the voice I guess but Swift is a better songwriter and a much better musician, playing numerous instruments.

I've enjoyed some of her music. I haven't attended any concerts or anything to that degree. I'll listen to the album on Spotify when it comes out.
I just find the comments here pretty hilarious. Y'all are like a bunch of old hens on the front porch right now.

Well, that's certainly putting some words in my mouth that I didn't say. I like other artists more than her as well.
I'm willing to bet though that some of the folks here crying the loudest and calling her a whore or a slut love a good Babe Thread. Or, as youngsters, listened to controversial music/watched far less dressed women in music videos without issue (age-pending obviously).
ETA: It's like friends of mine who got upset when their kids were listening to Cardi B but also listened to Lil Kim at the same age.

I never called her any of those things, she is an attention whore but what star isn't. I was calling out the housewives that idolize her. I was just saying that by the Quad standard she is meh.
BTW I don't even open the "babe" threads.

You almost seem to be discounting the idea that people can grow in wisdom as they age, learn from their past mistakes, use their perspective to see the danger in something they used to see as harmless, etc.

What are they doing that is dangerous if the kids that utilize their content have parents who actually parent?
