Did you know they still make turntables? You can spend more than a half million dollars on a turntable. There are still people that care about high-quality music reproduction.

Yes I’m more than aware that people are still using record players. And that vinyl records still fetch a pretty penny.

CDs are in no way comparable to vinyl records. They simply store digital music, same as your phone, but in a much shittier and unreliable way, which is why we don’t use them for anything anymore.

What format do you use to store your music on your phone?

Pretty sure that was a record belonging to Tool.

That was most sales while buyers were on LSD.

Good for her! Apparently, there are many ‘anti-capitalists’ that post and comment on TD… they HATE the financial success this woman enjoys.
Obviously, they just listen to ‘Billy Bob Peckerwood’ singing about his pickup (or, some such shite) on FM 100 .. ALL COUNTRY, ALL THE TIME….as they commute to the plant…. never buying ANY music.
Just as these posters & commenters wouldn’t listen to ‘Tay-Tay’, her audience of women & girls wouldn’t listen to shite-kickin’ music… BUT, THE FEMALES BUY HER MUSIC!
Big difference.
She doesn’t write & perform for these non-music-buying rednecks.
(I don’t listen to-or, buy-either genre.. nor, buy ANY kind of music.)
But, my granddaughters do.
And, it’s not about pick-ups, etc.

Add “capitalism” to the list of words almost no one uses correctly

Capitalism is an economic system where private individuals or businesses own and control capital, with the goal of making a profit.
The term "capitalist" refers to those who benefit from or support this system of private ownership and free markets.
Swift seems to be the person (capitalist) despised by so many broke-dick poors.

Who is buying “albums”?

Me.

I got the orange glitter version of this one.

I panic bought at first and waited in line an hour for it .

Now I am a little disappointed I don't have the pink or purple vinyl. They are prettier.

But lots of people still buy music. Its fun. I have her Lover album from Paris and its heart shaped.
