The amazing thing is that she's actually reading a prepared statement. So she either actually wrote out "I been witch hunt" and "facing acquisitions after acquisitions" and thought it was correct, or she can't read.

She probably thought it was correct.
I knew one individual taking their final college course who was so stupid that she took notes from someone that said “Starbucks founded by X” and changed it to “X finds Starbucks.”
The other members of her group presentation weren’t thrilled to say the least.

If the case is thrown out, does Tarsha have to pay legal expenses for the party she sued?
Edit - So the family’s suit against Tarsha got tossed but not the defamation suit? The frick?
The lawyer called out everyone involved and he was right to do so.

Nope, her suit didn't get thrown out, just the one AGAINST her.
