I think it is hebephilia. Pedophile is prepubescent, hebephile is post-pubescent but normally 15/16 or older is not considered within this matrix just creepy as frick and usually illegal with the public policy for that being the older teens under some age are still incapable of giving consent and the power mismatch when the other person is not a teen as well. I still think it is odd depending on where you live you can give legally acknowledged consent for sex but not to enter into a cell phone contract.
That said being honest pedo has become a bastardized catch-all like Nazi or racist. Just pejoratives people use for other people they don't like or don't agree with.

Mostly a recap but made me wonder why this thread is so focused on carnal knowledge of a minor when she’s claiming actual rape. She says he offered her a ride home from the bar but instead brought her to his place and raped her on the sofa. She then woke up nude in the bathroom.
She didn’t report it bc she was underage, was highly intoxicated and shouldn’t have been in a bar. Later, she thought she couldn’t report it bc it was too late.

Because that claim is ludicrous on its face. Or else she’s the shittiest mother ever for seeking out and agreeing to joint custody of a man that drugged and raped her. And the timing of the claim as well, made only after things had started going bad for her in court.
