Crysta's cousin Stacie triche is a convict — she got fired and has a record for stealing money from a different “non-profit”. She is doing this to promote.

There are only two legally defensible arguments here: child should be put in the home of a third party, child should be given back to the mother.
Barnes raped her, even if statutory. He, by Louisiana law, is not a fit parent to care for her.
But until Cypress provides evidence of those allegations, especially considering he already lied or had bad info, there’s not much credibility to go on.

If you are talking about the mom being 16 and Barnes being 30 yes, that is true. Everything else is still up for to debate and to be proven. I have said it before and will say again. I have seen Barnes and his daughter together before and by all appearances that girl adored her dad. So at this point I am not convinced of anything except that yes he is guilty of carnal knowledge in 2005. The rest is just a he said she said situation.

First 5-10ish pages
Lots of baseless slut shaming and baws convinced the rapist was secretly a great guy and the woman a money grubbing whore + lots of defensive baws defending picking up jailbait looking woman as 30+ year olds. A few people clearly with biases or relations to Barnes knighting for him
Next tenish pages
New evidence gets released, discussion about that. Evidence of a ton of corruption/mismanagement of the case, daughter has pending allegations toward the father, additional domestic assault allegation against the father from another woman, no evidence so far that Crysta is the POS baws accused her. Some Barnes defenders still popping up to make up stories and try and discredit sources. One poster scrubbed all his posts attacking Crysta and making up a bunch of nonsense to defend Barnes.
Next ten pages

You haven’t provided evidence of any of your allegations. All you do is quote news articles, you may have posted a copy of a voluntary statement that she filed with TPSO but that doesn’t prove anything.
Can you post any HARD evidence of any one allegation involved with this case? Or do you just quote daily mail articles?

I clicked on the link ….JFC, whomever started that website is one hurt/ twisted person - i would think that the rapist would be keeping his head down and do anything and everything to keep this case from blowing up. Starting a website to drag the person he raped is the opposite of being smart.
