I find it comical what restaurants label as certain fish on their menu vs what species is actually being served.

I find swai to be pretty tasty. Not sure what the issue with it is

Actually, until sugar cane supplanted it, the Glades (the south side of Lake Okeechobee) was the "Winter Vegetable Capial of the World". Lots of corn grown there, as well as other vegetables. Castro turning Cuba communist and removing the Cuban sugar from the market made a lot of cattle ranchers and corn farmers very wealthy.

Watch Penn and Teller everything. I recently went up to Vegas and saw their show, it was kick arse. Teller talks afterwards, and Penn calls everyone boss and plays a fantastic stand-up base.

Since when? I've worked at restaurants where that's all we used. Granted I haven't been in that line of work for a while
