Damn, I did not know that, thanks for the info but like you said still a world of hurt. Lol. Me and Daddy were talking about the gunships just today and he told me a good bit about Puff the Magic Dragon aircraft from his Vietnam days. He told me more about that today than he has shared with me in my 54 years. So if that helps him m talk about shite he has seen then fo Spooky or Puff as daddy called it.

If by "this shite" you mean Taliban control of Afghanistan, then yea, that would have happened eventually no matter what. If you mean anything about how this went down, then you are insane.

I’m sure it’s been mentioned, but only one way in or out of the country is the airport.
There are 30-50 thousand Americans in the country.
The Taliban controls who gets in the airport from the rest of the country.
Right now they are apparently allowing some people in, but why should this not be considered the largest hostage event in history?

Can we trade that group for some of those poor Afghans stuck over there?

No one has said that, anywhere.
Dude you are constantly full of fricking shite and the only reason it isn't called out much is because of the echo chamber that is the OT and PT. For the past 48 hours almost all of the talk about Afghanistan is how Biden made a mistake withdrawing and most also pulled the whole oh we what about the Afgans and sex slaves. There's mountains of videos about this all over YouTube so you can quit your bullshite right now

nice job deflecting the utter frickup the current administration has made with the withdrawal.
I didnt deflecting I pointed how dipshits like you suddenly pretend to care one iota about Afghanistan all because of who's president.
quote:I have never said Biden was a great leader or that he didn't frick up. You however are completely unable to not see the world in black and white so anything that is not a full on criticism and tear down of Biden has to mean I'm a big supporter of him.
I'm sure you have some excuse as to why the President of the fricking United States took three days to make a ten minute statement to only disappear again.
