If she is always parked like that, a visitor will have to park in another spot, basically taking up 3 spots for her apartment: her double parked job, and a 3rd slot.

Sounds like you are pissed that when you have a shindig with several visitors, you can no longer "borrow" someone's second spot to alleviate the excess.

She will come out and move if she has a visitor so she stays in 2 spots. It's just odd to me. We have 10 condos total in our section and no one has ever done that.
There's plenty of extra parking in the parking lot facing the back yard if anyone has spillover.

I really don't have a problem with it. I don't want her spot and neither does anyone else. It just seems extremely overboard to me.
