The "stars" or states waiting in line for food represent all the bottom of the "fittest" states like West Virginia and Mississippi.
The two flying high with the balloons represent Colorado and Washington who legalized weed.
The one mowing the grass represents whatever state John Deeres headquarters are.
The one with the suitcases is one of the rust belt states moving out.
And obviously the surfer is Hawaii.
