They are currently under investigation for their role in the leafy lettuce parasite that is causing people to explode out their arse ends.

quote:

More than 2,600 cases have hit in Michigan alone ... and now 30 states are reporting higher numbers of illnesses. Nationwide, more than 80 people are hospitalized.

Now, lettuce point out ... investigators have reportedly noted not ALL the cases of diarrhea trace to Taco Bell customers, so this seems to go beyond the fast food joint.

As you know ... Taco Bell recently removed several fresh ingredients -- including lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, and its cilantro-onion blend -- from some locations while health officials investigate the surge in cyclospora ... and according to The Washington Post, a person familiar with the national investigation said that decision was certainly appropriate.

The outbreak has turned Taco Bell diarrhea jokes into an eruptive reality ... with parasites that infect the intestines, causing watery diarrhea and frequent "explosive" bowel movements ... according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

As investigators continue their probe, we might need to live menos for the time being.

I did not need to know this after consuming Taco Bell for lunch.

Another overblown stereotype. I've never gotten sick from Taco Bell once. Some people swear they get sick every time they eat it.

Well who didn’t know that if you eat Taco Bell you are going to have the screaming shits? It is just a part of the deal.

I say this in every thread about Taco Bell, but if you have stomach issues from eating Taco Bell, you are weak.

I do not have an iron stomach and have eaten a ton of Taco Bell in my life (not as much these days ) and never once had an issue. I don't know of any of my friends having issues either.

It's like a rumor that won't die.

Its probably more of a Sysco/US Foods problem since that's where all fast food comes from anyway.

I thought that having explosive diarrhea was part of getting your money’s worth at Taco Bell.

I went 2 years with no fast food then went for some Popeyes one day. Went through me like my guts were coated with baby oil.

It’s likely more to do with what sort of junk your body is accustomed to processing.
