I am assuming you are an Engineer, but don't work in R&D?
I have to do white paper, for every new feature we introduce.
This includes the proper math for proof of concept.

I have given my mom advise on appliances from Napoleon's threads. She bought her Speed Queen washer after he recommended it. I printed and filled out all of her paperwork to get her refund on the Samsung washer after one of Nap's threads. One of the Speed Queen installation guys had a washer that was on the recall list too. I showed him how to do it.
My brother is an LSU grad that doesn't read TD's. I send him individual threads every so often. Usually about the Deke's sign or something related to his old frat.
A lot of the stuff I learn on here, I keep to myself.
