Have you ever tried placing a space ( ) after periods and commas? It could work wonders for you.

It’s worse than that.

The majority of humans today are lactose intolerant in adulthood.

It’s only in Europeans, which has been using dairy as a food source the longest that the genes have been suppressed. And even then, it’s easy for that switch to get permanently flipped if you go 100% without dairy for long enough.

(Sensitivity of trigger varies from person to person)

It has to do with Epigenetics. Everyone once thought that your genetic makeup and its effects on the body (Genotype and Phenotype) were more or less fixed in place. What scientists are finding is that the genes are more like switches that can be activated and deactivated individually in certain ways by our environment, our eating habits, physical activity, sleep etc. to express themselves in the body in different ways.
