The only thing this young politician should be guilty of is not wearing his white Mayorial suit while singing or rapping up on the Walmart alise #12 check-out stage while high on PCP.
And the person who videoed this concert should be arrested for not posting the entire thing on the YouTube for some quick cash because this could have launched the Mayor's career.
