Fentanyl is an artificially produced pain killer and is used to cut heroin with. Its what killed Phillip S Hoffman. Highly dangerous and very powerful stuff. I can't believe it's being sold as Xanax. No wonder...

I thought it was more expensive and harder to get, so why would they be using the more valuable commodity as a filler for the cheaper one? I guess I don't understand hood economics.
