I give him all the props for being a great in-ring heel. It's out of the ring I think he falls short of the "great" label. And you have to both + extra to be great. He is very good, but he can't really generate heat on his own in my opinion.
And he wins too much for a true heel. Heels are supposed to lose but still maintain the air of being dangerous. Not sure Gunther can do that.
