Yeah, that's him. Really great guy, IMO. I thought he had all his shite together. You never know what is going on inside someone's head. Terrible.
I assume it was some sort of PTSD/survivor's guilt from his time in the Corps (then coming home and continuing on in NOPD then Customs).
