Sounds like your best bet for something that big is to take a dolphin or pirate cruise. That should be fun.

Call one of the local marinas. There’s usually a service associated that rents out double decker type party boats (50 people or so). They also drive the boat and go anchor somewhere so you don’t have that hassle. Typically run ~$160/hour.

That's a steal. We were looking to rent a boat for 12 people for my girlfriend's birthday and a 46 foot boat with captain was around $3,200 for 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon. Granted, their Saturday afternoons were all booked up already.

What the hell are you gonna do with a pontoon boat? Retake Omaha Beach? Be like Uncle Roman and blow some coin on a kick-arse drag boat instead.
