I don't care what you do with your sorry excuse for a life. I have a beautiful fiancé, a great life and I'm currently laying on the beach in Miami. You've come up with your own terminology for christs sake. Plates? Who the frick do you think you are?

You come on here speaking in these gross generalizations and acting like all women are equal. You've been involved with some low class women or someone fricked your girl.

It was good for a long time. We didn't divorce because of his appearance.

I eat because I'm unhappy

I'm unhappy because I eat

I used to have a food addiction

When I was growing up and playing football in high school and college I could eat whatever the frick I wanted without gaining an ounce

I was like this all the way up until early 2015. Then I quit my part time job in Iowa and got lazy. I had the same eating habits. All of a sudden I got fat. Here are two pics taken June 2015 to prove it:

As you can see. Double chin, belly overhanging my swimsuit, etc, weighed 205 pounds. Women paid no attention to me.

My food addiction was to where I would do shite like eat a whole pizza from Papa John's for LUNCH and then go to some place like Taco Bell for dinner and splurge out. And I was still always hungry. The only thing keeping me from eating more was money. If I had more money to spend on food I would have.

Anyway it got to the point where I was having some issues with sleep apnea and that combined with seeing pics of me like the ones above of me being a fat arse(shite you can't really tell in the mirror) finally caused me to put my foot down and start being more responsible with eating. Got serious with a diet and lifting/exercise. Lost 50 pounds and was down to 150 by July 2015. Only took a year. Maintained that weight for 6 months and started bulking in January and I am back at 170 but just starting a cut for the summer.

Are there still times I want to gourge out and pig out and eat whatever. Of course. The desire to eat a lot of food never goes away. But your desire to respect yourself and have a good body and physique and good health outweighs the desire to eat all the time. At least it does for me. Knowing all the hard work and sacrifice and dedication I had to put in to get to where I am now its not worth it. I have cheat days every now and then but for the most part I am disciplined.

Self Discipline is one of the best traits a man can have. It's funny how women started to not only give me more attention but also treat me a lot better once I slimmed down and started caring about myself more.

You really think women in relationships go overseas without their boyfriends to go sightseeing?

Believe it or not. I went to Europe with my mom & did not flirt with or blow any dudes. I went on many girl trips with friends, and none included cheating. By me or my friends.

But but but women are neanderthals and cannot resist the urge to mate!

Yes. Dated college GF for 2 years in school. Dated her for 2 years after I left the state.

We are getting married in less than a month. It wasn't easy or cheap, but long term, I have no regrets about if it was worth it or not

We met while I was stationed in Birmingham for military duty. She was working on a Ph.D and DMD at the same time, she basically did nothing but study and research before we met. We hit off right away and when I had to move to PA for the rest of the mission we had built a very strong, trustful relationship. I'd either drive or fly down to B'ham every few months or would fly her up when she had breaks from school. We made it a point to video chat almost every night and just maintained as much emotional closeness as possible. That was 3 years before I moved back to LA and she had graduated and started a residency program in TN. Now I drive up there for 4 - 5 days each month. Just have to make the time and we both know that it's just the effort a solid relationship needs no matter what.
