Their liquor laws are extreme odd. You can't sell cold beer if it's over 3% alcohol and you can't sell non-alcoholic beverages at a liquor store.

really... i don't agree with getting arrested over this. I mean if she stood in front of the class and lifted up her skirt it's one thing. But, it doesn't sound like she exposed her cooter on purpose.

And even if she did...this is high school. These kids will survive. Half have a cooter, the other half want to see a cooter.
