She might surprise you. My wife’s sister was a mess, until she got her own house, and she kept it pristine.

Put a huge remote control bomb in it.

Dig a hole big enough to bury it in with this:

Then bury it and the detonate the bomb.

I don't know man, there's some pretty unique features you could really gussy up with some creative writing in the listing

Instead of "hallway full of dogshit" you could say "all weather indoor pet restroom"

Instead of "bare plywood piss soaked floors" you could say "all natural finish vintage wood flooring"

can just about make myself vomit thinking of how that place must smell. Dear lord. You need a hazmat suit to enter.

I’ve seen worse. This house is standard for how almost all farm labor housing I’ve been in looks

and I can honestly say that people live like that way more often than you think. Not only in trailers but in nice upscale neighborhoods as well.

Yup.

Think I’ll go hug my wife in appreciation for the fact she keeps our home neat and clean

Don’t give up hope. I swore my daughter’s house would resemble the City Dump when she grew up. She married a Marine Corps Officer and lived on base in DC. Better Homes and Gardens should feature that girl’s house. There is hope.

I’m gonna guess the Marine Corps officer had a lot to do with that

Almost all former military I know keep things neat and tidy. It gets hammered into their brain during training
