Stress-relieving dance leaves WM man facing drug charges

A West Monroe man is facing multiple drug charges after a Monday night complaint.
According to an arrest report for Alton Hardwick, age 30, a Louisiana State Police trooper was dispatched to Louisiana 3033 near Guyton Road. He was advised a white man was walking down the road screaming at traffic.
Per the report, the trooper witnessed a shirtless Hardwick walking north on the roadway. He appeared to be dancing and screaming.
Hardwick said he was leaving his girlfriend's house and was singing and dancing to relieve stress.
