Streaming services are going to find themselves being regulated like a utility if they keep raising prices with no end in sight. The infrastructure is all built out,(for the most part) they’ve built a large customer base, so there’s not a valid reason to continue to hike prices. The hook of the cheap prices years ago had the cord cutters thinking they would save a bunch of money. Streaming is now as expensive as the highest DIRECTV package. I don’t think I’ll ever ditch DIRECTV so I have both.

I remember when it was $50 to watch a Jefferson Pilot football game that was almost unwatchable if you cut it on TV larger than 32”.
You say that but back then a 32” or larger TV was a luxury item in the form of a crappy rear or front projection TV like this. They looked like crap with those old 480 resolutions.
Most TV’s for the common man were like this and were 19-25 inches. They could handle that 480 resolution with no issues.

IPTV providers finna eat
This has been an almost perfect solution for me while living overseas.. I get like 20,000 channels from all over the world, broadcasting every conceivable sports event, television show or movie- and i pay $80 per year for it .. only catch if you don’t have it is i think you need to ‘know someone ‘ who knows someone who is a provider in order to get it .. at least that’s the way it was a couple years ago when i first got it, maybe it’s changed .
