Lost power for 5 days in Metairie, most had it back within 2-3 days. Our street just had bad luck. The difference between losing power in mid October and August is significant however. Planning to ride this one out, fingers crossed for all inside projected cone.

I like to stay in hurricanes, kinda exciting to watch shite blow up, help people etc, made for it. but what I fear is the mfricking aftermath. The heat, the smell, the freaking heat, can’t sleep because it 80 degrees at night, feel like a zombie, bugs everywhere, dead animals, and rotten food, the generator always gives you shite. Etc. It just sucks in every damn way.
Do you need any kind of chip to get the power back on? That the excuse for half shite I can’t get right now, they can’t get chips. Any power co guys on here? Projected outages? We were out 5 days with zeta here
