Glad you got electricity back. Entergy estimates that down here in Cut Off we won’t have power until September 29th or so with places south of Golden Meadow longer than that. fricking sucks but that’s why I bought and maintain a whole home generator with a couple of portables as backup. Hell, I didn’t get power back from Zeta last year for 10 days or so and this storm was much more powerful than zeta and the damage is much more severe.

Looks like the thread died, but I'm bumping it to report that both power and internet are working for me from my home in Cut Off.
22 days is a long time, but the damage was incredible. Many people farther south in Galliano and Golden Meadow are still dealing with no power and still need help. Temporary housing is a big issue as many are staying with family/friends for the short-term, but long term options are limited.
Thanks to everyone who has helped in any way with the recovery. It is far from over but getting better every day.
