I just started a thread on the travel board so we can keep all flight discussion over there. I know there's a ton of people trying to get up to Chicago/ Milwaukee on Thursday/Friday

By the way, the GFS ensembles show it being stronger than the operational and most of them have it further east, awfully close to Louisiana and quite in line with the Euro, actually.

Latest updated from NWS New Orleans:
The 12z Euro EPS shifted a good bit west from 00z but still shows a huge spread with tracks from Mexico to the Outer Banks. The Op Euro basically splits the middle of the ensemble spread but is stronger. Even though the 12z Op is stronger than most of the EPS members there was an overall trend to more members getting the system below 1000.
The 18z GEFS also showed a significant trend towards the Euro.
