They are. My life is great. I'm privileged AF. I have no qualm admitting that.

This lil lot here tho. Y'all take huge issues admitting your privileges. The supreme lack of humility displayed around these parts is alarming.

Are you for real, or are you a troll? I'm genuinely curious.

I'm probably 99.9% for real.

Our justice system is crap and is rooted in discrimination towards poor and blacks people.

I believe in our truest ideals --- even a depraved criminal deserves all his/her rights under the constitution. The more we bend away from our ideals the less and less we America and then more and more we are a facade/farce.

If I we're a lawyer I'd likely be a defense attn

agreed, we let criminals off way too light. See the racist bitch of a judge, Trudy White

I 100% guarantee, if you don't break the law, you don't get "discriminated against" by the justice system.
The logic with people such as yourself is astounding. "I broke the law but I got caught and sentenced because the justice system is raciss".

Yes, blame others or blame the system. Classic.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm NOT privileged. I work for everything I get. That's not "privilege".

privilege, what privilege?

you know how i got it tho? Came from a blue collar, lower to middle class, white family who instilled hard work and the necessity for a higher education upon me at a young age. busted my arse when i acted out and steered me in the right direction my entire childhood. and believe me, it wasn't easy because i was a shite starting a-hole of a kid. it all eventually paid off for my honest and good parents because i then ran with it by busting my arse getting a degree in 4 years, working 30 hour weeks, and landing internships in the summer. which eventually led to a dream job.

hard work.
keeping my nose clean.
and not begging for a handout.

that's how me, my ancestors, and the generations of other families who weren't born with a silver spoon in their mouth are now viewed by the lazy asses of society as "privileged".
We are the same people who couldn't give a frick if you don't think we deserve it or earned it. And no, we don't think you deserve a fricking cent of our hard earned money.

Is it blaming? I didn't once say AS wasnt responsible for his past crimes. Not once. You see what you want. If something wasn't intended to protect you, how can t be blaming when you point it out? You just don't want to admit undeniable truths

That's not the reason. There are ample evidence and studies that show as a whole black people convicted of similar crimes as white people get longer sentences, higher bail, etc. This holds true even when prior arrests, economic status, and public defender versus private defender attorneys are held constant.
